WVOF 88.5 FM in Fairfield Connecticut broadcasting from Fairfield University, where the "Upper Room with Joe Kelley" hosts its Monday live radio show, has launched a partnership with WNPR (National Public Radio). Thus, the "Upper Room" can now be heard Mondays 6pm-10pm NYC Time starting August 18th. The "Upper Room" will immediately follow NPR's "All Thing's Considered"..
